Thermal Suite on Escape

Are there any COVID changes to the Thermal Suites or is it business as usual?

I was on the Escape last week and got a Thermal Suite pass for a day.  Masking was expected and was the the only COVID change that I was aware of.  Most people were abiding by that while walking around and perhaps a bit less so in the loungers.  I'm not sure what was expected in the rooms like the sauna.

well if you have to wear a mask to at least go into the SPA then okay.

wondering if folks wear them in the Thal pool.   And I guess if in the steam room it could get HOTTER.

I might be tempted to uncover the mouth at least for a minute

I can't really say what was 'required'.  There were signs about masks near the entry, but I don't recall anything more specific.  I never saw anyone wearing one in the hot tub or the pool and I can't believe that NCL would really expect that.  We did wear them in the salt room and I believe the other person in there was wearing one also.

It was $59 per person on the port day that we went.

FYI just saw a post that starting March 1st. Mask will be optional on the ships!!

On the Escape now and went to the thermal spa today. Once you are past the entry doors to the inside, no masks were required or used other than by the staff.
