Casino rate question and OBC

Hello! My question is simple but I'm having a hard time finding the answer... Is the $500 OBC in the rate quote below included in the total cost OR is the $692.62 I would pay and THEN have the $500 OBC (making the total cost $192.62)?  Then ...If it is an OBC, can you use it in the casino?

 

Where is says the $500 OBC is INCLUDED is kinda throwing me off.Thanks!

The $500 is on board credit and is not part of your fare.  $692.62 is $244+$244+$204.62.  

You can use OBC for anything on board. just charge casino to your S&S
