suss1234 Posted February 14, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2022 My wife and I are driving out west this summer from Florida to Seattle and taking an Alaskan cruise on Ovation July 1st. My wife has MS but she does pretty well using a came. Any thoughts of what would be the easiest and least stressful place to park. 1) Pier 91 or use Seattle Cruise Parking facility. 2) I also see that you need to reserve a spot. How soon does that need to be done? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
Husky1987 Posted February 14, 2022 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2022 I did the Seattle Cruise Parking on our Alaska cruise a couple years ago and it was a super easy shuttle ride. No hassles at all on either day. Sorry, I can't remember when I made the reservations...but it probably wouldn't hurt to make them whenever you are able to online. Should mention that my brother and I made the trip with our (then) 87 year old mom, and she had no issues at all with the parking or the shuttle.

cee gee Posted February 18, 2022 #6 Share Posted February 18, 2022 We stayed at https://www.seattlecruiseparking.com/ very reasonable price and very friendly. Also if you do a back to back its only 50 dollars more. We will stay there again.
Laurie JJ Posted February 19, 2022 #7 Share Posted February 19, 2022 We also used Seattle cruiseparking last fall and it was very easy. The shuttle picked us up close to where we parked and dropped us off right where the line to check in was. We did note that those who parked right at the pier were hauling their luggage quite a ways from where they parked but maybe they have an option to drop off passengers and luggage before the driver parks the car out in the parking lot.
