Just booked a Signature Taco Tour at vallartaeats.com and Eric was so helpful, again (did taco tour in 2019) in Puerto Vallarta. Eric even added an additional time for my family.

I was reading where to meet for this tour on their web page, is this easy to get a taxi from cruise port to their location?

Plenty of taxis at the port.  The one's in the actual port area are federally licensed and are a bit more expensive than the one's outside the port area.  There's always Uber.  You might need to walk across the street to Wal-mart.
