Everything but the insurance was refunded/FCC except for the Vacation Protection Plan Insurance. Called RC and they do not handle it, gave me a link to submit a claim. After submitting booking ID/date said our info couldn’t be found. When RC canceled this cruise we were originally told that the insurance would be refunded.
