Roasted duck at ChiBang on the Mardi Gras

Has anyone tried this dish?   What did you think of it?   GOLDEN ROASTED DUCK $15 per person (2 person minimum) Carved at the table. Slow roasted with spices, hoisin glaze and green onion pancakes.

We had it and it was amazing ! So much food so be careful on apps !  Highly recommend !

I've seen several people trying it. They seemed to like it. We did not order it but absolutely loved Chibang.

Are the ducks from newfoundland?

We are sailing out of Miami on the Celebration in October and plan to have the Roasted Duck, do you have to pre order it or same day? Thank you for your reply.
