Miami hotel/car rental

Can anyone tell me of a hotel that has a car rental agency on site or VERY close by, that is also close to the Port of Miami…..Thanks. My wife and sisters will be leaving from here and I would like them to be able to drop of a rental at a location close to a hotel . Thanks
