Loft 19 Cabana Rental Availability???

I will be sailing on Mardi Gras for the first time later this month and would like to know if I can (attempt) to reserve a Cabana for the week at Loft 19 in advance. I am booked in a standard Ocean Suite which does not allow access to Loft 19. I have read however,  that non Excel guests can reserve a cabana for the week for $2000 (though Excel guests get priority). Does anyone know if this correct? If so, can this be booked in advance? If not, what are your experiences attempting to reserve once onboard (regarding availability)? Any information regarding the ability of non Excel guests to reserve a cabana is greatly appreciated!

@WKUTopperFan I thought the weekly use was for Excel Suite holders only? I know other guests can get daily use for $500. You should have no problem getting a Cabana, they have not been full, not even on sea days.

Daily use at $500 would be optimal as I would only really need a cabana on Sea Days when Serenity Deck is crowded... that would save me $500  over weekly rental cost (if that is even an option).  Do you know how to request a Cabana rental?

I was just reading on another site, says online you can see which are available and pick but, then it says non-Excel Suite holders must go to the Loft 19 Reception Desk upon boarding and make arrangements, or call 1909 on ship phone. Obviously, must wait until boarding because they have priority for booking the Cabanas so, your first chance will be embarkation day. I'd do it quick to have the best choice. Again, they haven't been selling well but that can change as capacity increases. Rumored that cost was originally projected to increase to $650/day at some point. Don't see it happening until demand increases.

From what I've seen in reviews and videos, a week at $500 might be a bit steep.  $500 per day or $2000 per week is way overpriced.  Especially since the Serenity deck is huge!!!

  • 1 month later...

Did you end up booking it?  Would love to see a picture of the menu and are the cabana offerings daily or once for a weekly reservation (like do you get a daily bottle of wine)

Curious if anyone parlayed a sweet casino rate or free cabin offer into booking a Loft 19 Cabana? I seemed a little more willing to spend more than usual onboard my last 2 cruises with great fares. I hope to book an Excel class ship for our next cruise after 10 days on Valor this summer.
