Robjame Posted March 3, 2022 #1 Share Posted March 3, 2022 Privee now offers guests a total of five culinary experiences to choose from with a new Degustation Menu, Wine Pairing Menu, Best of Oceania Cruises Menu, Best of Polo & Toscana Menu and even an Executive Chef’s Menu with a specially curated selection of gourmet dishes from the onboard culinary team. Anyone know if this new setup for Privee has gone into effect or is it still Toscana, Polo or combo? Extra charge for degustation, wine pairing or best of Oceania or chef’s menu? Please - I know wine, spirits are extra. Must all 10 guests choose the same category - Polo and/or Tuscana, Degustation, Wine Pairing, Chef’s menu or Best of Oceania? Thanks. CAG Posted March 3, 2022 #2 Share Posted March 3, 2022 It had just begun in November on Riviera. The Wine Pairing and the Executive Chef's menu were not available at that time. We did the Best of Oceania. There was no additional cost, but the room reservation is now $300. Yes, wine and spirits are additional and all 10 guests must have the same thing when using the Degustation Menu or the Best of Oceania menu. I am not sure how the Toscana/Polo menu works currently. Previously each person could order what they wanted from either or both menus. If someone has a problem with one of the dishes on the pre determined menu, the kitchen will provide an alternative. For example, if someone can't have shellfish, they will prepare a different dish that does not have shellfish. I think everyone enjoyed our evening with the Best of Oceania.

No extra gratuity is added to that $300?
