How loud are the rooms on the 2nd Deck close to the Family Havana play area?

Do you mean the Family Harbor Lounge area?  We had a cove balcony room directly across from the lounge.  Noise from the lounge wasn't a problem, but I'm a light sleeper and kept be awoken by banging from the gallery above.  My husband & kids didn't wake up, but I'll never have a room under the gallery again.

We  just stayed in room 2408 which was 2 doors down from the Family Harbor Lounge. I did not hear any noise from the lounge nor the galley. I would book this room again in a heartbeat.

Just got off a Spring break cruise and stayed in 2450...the lounge was quiet, but there were LOTS of cabins with just kids/teens in them and some were very noisy (like nightclub until 2am noisy).  We haven't experienced this before, but be mindful of booking times where more kids will be sailing.

as soon as I see the words Family area, I look for something in a different area.

I mean kids come and go and are in a hurry.  While they do not always realize they are loud, so I remove myself from that area.
