European testing requirements released - 1 day before embarkation (not for sailings out of UK)

I am on May 21st cruise from Barcelona but for 21days. Wonder if you have to retest again in Rome and Athens?

We are on the same itinerary this fall, booked as one 21day cruise r/t Rome.   
For Barcelona, Excursions show both departure tours and regular tours.
