Saw your comments and posts concerning upgrades and IP suites...we are in one of the two owners suites/penthouses on the Fantasy in April. I would really love to see your pics and hear anything you can tell me about the suites and the experience !!

We were in the Owners suite on the Sensation PentHouse #1:

Click on the Sensation. The layouts are identical, colors will vary.

SQ is approx 1200 + deck. Service is exceptional, One cabin steward is assigned to the Owners Suites.

We were "escorted " on the ship by one of the ship's officers.

Private Bedroom, only problem is one bath. So if theres more then 2 of you they made need to use the bath in the night. Jogging track is right over your head. May or may not bother you, didn't me.

Thanks for the pics and info ... any truth to the rumor that dinner is at the captiant's table every night ? Also how about the rumor that since it is an owners suite.... the ship bar bill is comped in ?

I've had the OS 3 times on the Ecstasy...never been invited to dine with the Capt. I paid for the "pleasure" of using the suite, though. PG got invited to use it, so her situation was different than mine!

 

Did have flower arrangement and two birthday cakes in there when I got there last March...donno why 2 cakes, though. They were not the regular Carnival cakes. These were delivered from a bakery in Galveston.

 

No free booze, but we don't drink alcohol, so no problem with that for us.

 

Have your TA ask Carnival what is included.

No , dinner at the Captains Table is not part of the deal. As Stir stated my situation was different Also I've never heard the rumor that the bar bill is comped but thats a good one :) and not true.

What you receive when you get the OS no matter if you pay for it or not is the pleasure of staying there, thats it. Its such a great experience, its enough.
