NCL COVID Testing at Pier

I’m sailing in the Breakaway on Sunday the 3rd. I had an appointment to get a COVID test today (Friday) that I booked a month ago. I went to the appointment today and the test wasn’t available. Long story short my school district I teach in broke a contract with this testing company but didn’t tell us employees who booked the appointment. Instead they offered a PCR with 24-48 hours notice of results. I did it just to be safe. I’ve frantically tried to find rapid tests places but you need appointments.

Is it true there is testing at the pier in case I couldn’t get tested? This wasn’t my fault and I’m prepared to pay at the pier. Anyone able to help me out? I’m flying to New Orleans from Atlanta tomorrow.
