Captain’s Club and Casino Match Play

Can anyone tell me where you get the captains club match play benefit?  Wasn’t in our recent stateroom.  To be honest, don’t recall receiving much, so perhaps their is a time/location to receive benefits?  Thanks.  BN

On recent cruises we have picked up actual match play slips at the Casino Cage ( show your card) and then we presented them at the tables with our bets.  Watch the daily program for free slot play promotions in the Casino.  This is usually $5 and the money is loaded on your card (for everyone, not just Elite) but it must be played during certain hours ( like 7 to 10 PM) that same day only.

It's loaded onto your room key.  Tell them at your table in the casino that you want to and they will give the actual match plays.
