Escape - Private Room at Taste: how to book

Hello all! 

 

On my app for the Escape, it lists a private room at Taste as an option for dining.  Looking to organize a group meal for a birthday when onboard, but cannot find any information on how to do so.  Does anyone have any experience in how to book this?
