Daughters vaccination card disappeared from App?

I think I might have seen this asked before, but I couldn't find it. As of a couple of days ago, my 10 year old was showing "vaccinated" on the app. I am leaving Sunday and now it is no longer on there. Is that normal? I have her card so I can show them, but it is strange it is just... gone.

I don't even think they pay attention to the app.  I had to show our cards several times.  You'll be fine.
