Boarding pass

Sailing from Dubrovnik on 12 May.

I just received my Email from TUI saying that my boarding passes were attached for outbound and inbound.

Only outbound were attached. I just spoke with a TUI advisor and the process has now changed. Your return boarding passes will be emailed to you 2 to 3 days before your return. You can then print at the airport.

Thought I'd share this as others may have been as confused as I was.

If anyone is willing ,we,re looking  for volunteers for the drinks/ duty free trolley,can you make yourself known to the captain

 

TUI prices continue to increase whilst more onus is forced on to the  customer and customer service declines

Same here, had the email over weekend.

Had a similar one yesterday saying we have to fill in location forms for Spain, even though that was dropped weeks ago.

On each occasion I went on livechat to be told the email was wrong! 

You'd think with the size of TUI they'd have someone checking their emails are accurate, amateurs....Ha!
