CathyG Posted February 26, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 26, 2006 The following was in today's travel section of the Chicago Tribune: PUERTO RICO Puerto Rico may soon have the toughest antismoking law in the Caribbean now that the legislature has passed a bill banning smoking in bars, restaurants and other public buildings to protect workers' health.
