A "Call" drink is when you specify which specific brand of liquor you want and is usually more expensive because it's usually a higher-end brand and they don't have as much of it as the "house" or "well" brand.

Thank-you for clearing that up for me. If I did drink and didn't know that it would be a very expensive lesson. I hope other first time cruiser are reading this.
