Gluten Free at Park Cafe on Oasis Class?

Has anyone had any experience/luck with getting a Kummelweck on some GF bread/roll? Or any other good options you've had there?

While I have no info for Park Cafe, I did see on these boards that Johnny rockets had GF buns. If Park Cafe doesn't have them maybe you can get one from JR and bring it over to PC. I may do this if I have to!

Had GF Kummelweck sandwich on Symphony earlier this year. Had to talk to a chef and pre-order it a day ahead of time. They also had Udi's GF Bagels and made us breakfast bagel sandwiches.
