Disabled-need help & ideas on below islands

I have mobility issues where I can climb more than a few steps & I use a cane.  My travel partner has to use a scooter for distances but can walk short distances & very few stairs for her also.

We will be on the 11 day NCL Dawn. Looking for ideas for the following islands:

-Puerto Plata

-Aruba

-Curaçao 

One of our top priorities is to see the flamingos in Curaçao.

 We have to spend a couple of hours on all of these beaches & prefer ones that have lounge chairs available with only the purchase of food & drinks as the only fees.

My friends scooter is very light weight, the seat can come off, the handle bars can be folded down; it’s very compact but it won’t fit into the trunk of the real small compact cars but fits easily in the next size up with the hatch back.

Any ideas & recommendations will be so appreciated! We try so hard to be normal but it can also be challenging.
