Palma de Mallorca recommendations?

We are on the Wonder of the Seas 6/23 sailing which stops in Mallorca on Monday 6/27. It is docked from 8-4. I’m guessing we will need to be back on board around 3? Any suggestions on a private tour company or DIY options? I like to sightsee and my travel companion is a foodie. Neither of us have any real interest in sitting on a beach. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Look at all my posts on  Palma de Mallorca  DIY witch are  about 5 threads below this and you will get all the info on Mallorca .

 Personaĺy I would spend your time in Palma as you have to be back on the ship by 3pm, if you are foodies you won't be disappointed!! Roger
