Advise on Bay of Island

Looking at a cruise with Ovation february 9’th 2024, roundtrip 12 night from Sydney.

On day 3 the ship will stay/be at Bay of Islands between 1100 - 2000.

is this a tendering place, a port or is it a slow sail-by?
