Packed Lunch?

Has anyone ever had a lunch packed for them on Infinity? We are going to be on an excursion in Ketchikan until noon and then only have a couple of hours for more exploring before we need to be back on the ship. I was wondering if someone will pack us a lunch to take off the ship with us and eat while we are on our excursion?

On our Alaskan cruise on Princess, we were told how to order a lunch to be taken with us on shore. I think it was thru Room Service but we didn't do it. You could always get the ingredients the day before at the lunch counter and store in your frig for preparation the day of your excursion or simply order what you want from room service.

When Celebrity has packed lunches on their excursions. it has been small canned tuna, canned peaches, little pouch of mayo, cookie, bottle of juice and a roll.

Quite uninspiried, but does conform to Agricultural law.

Fruit and vegetables can harbor small insects as well as mold spores.
