Any info on FCD applied then cancelled to a booking?

So sorry if this has been answered, but I can’t seem to find any current info.

We purchased Future cruise Deposits-on our last cruise pre-Covid.  They had a expiration date of Jan 2022.  We used them to apply a deposit to a cruise, but now have decided to cancel that cruise entirely, and not book another cruise.

Does anyone know if these are still considered fully-refundable, or will they be forfeited? As of now they are not showing as a FCD under my cruise personalizer, I think because the expiration date has passed.  Looking for someone that knows how this will work, or has had this same situation  happen to them.

thanks in Advance

My understanding is that after you cancel the cruise it will be refunded to the credit card you used to purchase it.  We will probably be in the same situation as you with our cruise this fall.  I'm not so inclined to go on a Med cruise with so many people catching Covid.
