Cunard online bookings

Has anyone managed to make an online booking with Cunard in the last couple of days? I'm trying to book a 3 night cruise from Melbourne  for Jan 2024 but when I try to make a payment I get a message directing me to call Customer Service (who are arranging a call back which I am still waiting for). 

It's so frustrating ☹️

No, sorry. I just went through the process of doing a dummy booking for such a cruise and it will allow me to get up to making the payment (which I don't want to do!) but as you say that's where your problem is.

 

I like Cunard but the website is the one area that people complain most about.

Yes, I  booked Fremantle-Sydney QM2 Feb 2024 on Tuesday night just after bookings opened. No problems.

I finally had a call back today so booking made 😀. I'm not used to booking holidays so far in advance but the deposit was only $300
