Anyone have experience using a Certificate of Recovery and Positive COVID PCR test?

Running into this with my daughter, so fingers crossed for a Negative test on Friday.

My understanding is that with a Letter of Recovery, you don't have to test.  Am I mistaken?

you are correct, however, The facility she went to only ran the rapid test and not the PCR so she doesn't have the PCR test which is what she needs for aLetter of Recovery.
