Hi! Could someone tell me what is on the menu at the specialty restaurants? What is open for breakfast? Lunch? Thanks!

I don't have a menu but I highly recommend Sabatini's. Service was exceptional and the food and all the samplings prior to your meal are wonderful! Sterlings was BIG disappointment, the steaks were maybe average.

 

There was a long slow line the 1st day for reservations, but if you want a specific day or time get in line!

on the Princess website there is a table that lists all the eating venues with the times that they are open.

From what I understand there is no breakfast on either ship and only lunch at others. Some people said the steak house was very good so I guess it is just a matter of preference.

 

I will find out in July for myself and I just can't wait.
