Ovation of the Seas-Alaska. Endicott Arm Fjord and Glacier Explorer excursion question

We are sailing in September. we have book this excursion but a little concerned how strenuous it is.   Has anyone been on this excursion and can answer a couple of questions:

How hard is it to get on the vessel?

Is there a lot of walking?

We both are very active but we still don’t want to take a swim in icy waters. LOL

Thanks in advance!

The one which leaves from the ship and returns to the ship at the glacier? If that one then it is not at all strenuous and I think very very few go swimming. Easy to board the smaller ship (boat?) with lots of strong looking people around to be sure you can do the transfer easily. No walking really.

If it is another excursion- then I have no idea.
