I found it on cruise clues dot com, a website that contains links to menus from many, many ships and lines, their wine lists, and lots of other useful information from many other websites. Of course, all Celebrity menus are almost identical, so you could look at links there to other X ships' menus.

I need to interject here that this is my personal website and those menus are from my 1998 cruise on the Mercury. This was just after the acquisition of Celebrity by Royal Caribbean Cruiselines.

 

The menus have changed substantially....sorry :(
