RCCL's Dancing With the Stars

for those who are only familiar with the Dancing with the Stars stuff and are intimidated by the idea.

What you see on TV is extreme and combines a lot of athleticism and a lot of showy moves. You CAN aspire to, and learn to do, that if you want to. There are professional competitions for ballroom dancers.

For the rest of us, who just enjoy dancing with a partner, there is a whole wonderful world of dancing out there. Waltz, foxtrot, swing, cha-cha, rhumba, even tango, samba and salsa are possible no matter what your age and ability. You start slowly with simple moves and work up slowly. You learn enough patterns to get you around the dance floor. You develop strength, coordination and endurance. Dancing keeps you young, physically and in spirit.

Give it a try, you'll enjoy!
