Liquor on Board

I understand that Princess offers Dos Equis and no longer sells Corona. Is this true? Do they still offer bucket "deals"? Can I bring Corona onboard?

I would bring a small cooler too, those refrigerators in the cabin DO NOT keep beer cold enough!

I bought CANS of CORONA in the islands and brought onboard. People would see my can and ask where I got it! :)

 

There are bucket deals. They were BECKS or XX, 5 for price of 4. ($14)

 

I brought a cooler, but our fridge kept it cold enough. (once I figured out the temp control)

Temp Control? Can you share the secret?

There is a temp control switch inside the fridge. It wasn't turned to the coldest setting.

Took my DH about 24 hours to figure out the fridge trick, but once he did our fridge was cool enough as well.....:) This post made me laugh as I recall the DH cursing till he got it turned the right way............LOL

I brought beer onboard at EVERY port...including LA. In LA, I checked it (in a suitcase) with the porter and it arrived safely. In the Hawaii ports...I carried it right onboard through security. They said (in each port) beer was perfectly fine, as long as people weren't hiding it. I just carried it on in shopping bags. Security will go through ALL your bags...so smuggling is not going to work for Liquor carryons...but beer, water, soda was fine with them. :)
