Comfort Check In not working?

I tried to check in several times this afternoon but when I get to the final screen and click ‘complete check in’, nothing happens. When I start over, nothing has been saved. Is this process really necessary or is it just as easy to check in when I get to the ship?

It is my understanding that it is not mandatory … just a way to “jump start” the boarding process.  The only thing you do is verify the passport info and download a picture … all of which can be done in person when you arrive.

It worked for us….. may of been a waste of time but it gave us something to do….

I do love it when they give us an activity to do…makes me think the trip is getting closer…35 days to go…I’m getting antsy…
