Loyalty tier matched

Usually cruise with p&o. 
have seen that I can get 5% off with the loyalty tiers. 
 

can this be back dated? Wanting to secure the cruise today as it’s a good offer. But would like the discount

Yes, my cruise was adjusted for the savings once my match was made.  It did take a few months for the match though.  Others have had theirs matched much quicker.

On a call with the casino department yesterday and they said that currently the online tier match request is not working properly and to have my sailing partner wait a few weeks prior to sending it in.

Brilliant, i was going to wait till after its matched to book but i darent as i will probably lose it so ill just try and claim it after

When you book just have them do it with no voyager's club number.  Then add it once you do the tier match

I keep trying to submit my request via the status match website and no matter what I do, it gives an error message.  I sent an email, but complete radio silence on that front.

I’ve called them today. First person hung up. Second was lovely and sorted it for me so I could book the offer with the 50pp obc.
