Platinum and Elite

I’m platinum but should be Elite soon.  How do I find out what my status is?

Log in and select "Cruise History" under the Captain's Circle section of the My Account menu. it will lead you to a page with your cruise history and the color of your medalliion, which corresponds to your loyalty level. From there, you can get to other pages with Captain's Club information.

Sign into your account at Princess.com...

At the top of the page, access the pull down menu "My account"

In the "My Princess" section, push on the tab for "home".

On this new page, directly below your name there should be a line stating "Your captain's circle level is ....."
