Having booked a p&o cruise for later this year with a t/a i thought i had enough info to have a go myself.

Firstly trying to change my e-mail address is proving hard work, the non important e-mails go to my

new e-mail yet the pay up went to my old e-mail that is shortly to be closed.

My other issue is my account no, where is it, we have cruised with p&o 3 times now but after signing

in and looking for my details i can only find something similar on the cruise we have booked later this

year but when i use this on the cruise we want to book it will not take it.

And why the title,  is anyone there, try calling them for help on the numbers they give, 30 mins waiting

time and after 4 attempts i have decided to spend my hard earned elsewhere, p&o do not seem to want

my custom!

Can your t/a who you booked with not change your email address for you? Your loyalty number is on your booking form. Try phoning either early or later as with most phone calls the daytime is always busy and it tails off around tea time or maybe even school time.
