Cloud 9 Spa question for 3 on Sunrise

I have never had the urge to get a cloud 9 spa balcony, but looking at a girls cruise on Sunshine, so the topic has come up.  When I read the fine print it says that Spa Access/Amenities are only for first 2 in cabin.  Does anyone know on a 4 day cruise what is the price to add on another person?  Can you add on the 3rd person?  Is it worth having this cabin in Sunrise?  

Any help you can give I really appreciate.  I have been on Sunrise before, but it was with my husband and we did a cheap outside right after the restart.  I really liked the ship a lot.

IIRC it is about $20 per day, so my guess would be $79.
