Documentation for traveling with Grand children.

I know this has been discussed before but for the life of me I can't find it through the search. We are trying to plan a last minute cruise with our Grand kids, 16 and 13, and was wondering what documentation we need to sail with them.  They do not have passports but I know that that is ok as they have cruised once before with their parents with birth certificates.  What other documents should we have authorizing us to take them on a cruise?

If you go to FAQS on the Royal website, there is a form you can download & print.

We downloaded the form from Royals site and then had it notarized.  They did check the form at the pier and the agent took it to her supervisor and he took a picture of it. Then we were good to go.
