Has anyone booked The Island Tour with Heidi Cowen of Byways Tours Bermuda? Was it a positive experience and would you recommend it?

Back then, she toured with her blind dog Buddy. I would be surprised if Buddy is still working, but she was a sweetheart. 

 

 

I read many good reviews about Heidi. We were supposed to tour with her three years ago but our cruise was diverted due to a hurricane that never hit. We just booked with her again for our upcoming Bermuda cruise.  Above is another post I just found on a different thread.

We’ve toured with Heidi twice and plan to see her again when we visit Bermuda this fall. Highly recommend her!

Absolutely loved our tour with Heidi.  Next trip she is unavailable so sad.

We have a tour booked with her early next month.  I will come back and post a review.   So far she has been responsive to all of our questions.

We also booked Heidi for our September cruise and I can confirm that she is quick to reply to all questions.  I can’t wait!

Unfortunately, Hurricane Earl cut our time in Bermuda short so we did not get to tour with Heidi.
