Does a parent need to sign their teen up, or do they just go when they want?

Sign-up at the start of the cruise, thereafter teen comes and goes from the teen lounge on their own. 

 

According to my daughter, based on more than one cruise, the teens split into groups and start hanging out on their own, using the lounge less and less.  She still has social media "friends" years later from these cruises.  Make sure your teen goes to the first events on night one so he/she isn't a step too late as grouping start to gel.
