Exercize Equipment (Spa Carnival)

Does the gym get crowded? If so, what is the best time to go to avoid crowds?

I hear that they get pretty crowded in the mornings.

I must say that the only real disappointment that I had with The Victory was the gym. It does get quite crowded at various times of the day. But a good portion (maybe half) of the equipment was broken.
