Royal Caribbean Shuttle Venice

Now that RC no longer sails from Venice and you need to get to Ravenna this has caused, a lot of questions have arisen with the staff at RC unable to answer them.

We needed to get to Ravenna on the morning of the cruise so we booked the RC bus shuttle.  I asked them questions but cant get straight answers.

So here they are:

What time do the buses start to leave from Venice airport in the morning? 

How often do they depart?

What is the latest they depart? 

How long is the bus ride to the port?

Thank you in advance. I know the fellow members of Cruise Critic know so much more than most of the talking doorstops at RC.

We flew into Marco Polo and took the shuttle to Ravenna.  There was literally an ARMY of RCCL reps greeting multiple flight arrivals and guiding us through (by virtually a human chain) the terminal to busses that simply filled and left.  I'm sure if they know you are booked and the flight details, they will be there.
