Z3r0 Posted August 8, 2022 #1 Share Posted August 8, 2022 We have a cruise coming up in a couple of weeks, and it has been way too long. So I'm only a little excited. We cruise out of NYC, and want to make sure I have all my ducks in a row before we go. I was wondering if anyone had any experience using switch health for their pre-boarding tests. It will be my wife and I, so I'm thinking about getting the $80 two pack antigen tests, and hoping we don't have any issues with either of them. If I'm going with the antigen route and my cruise leaves Sunday night, I can perform the test Saturday morning and all is good correct? Thanks in advance! Pat.D Posted August 8, 2022 #2 Share Posted August 8, 2022 Yup, I used Switch to board 2 NCL and one Celebrity ships without any problems. They email you a PDF report of the test within minutes of completing it. Up to 2 days before the cruise is fine so for a Sunday departure you need to test Friday or Saturday. bookbabe Posted August 14, 2022 #3 Share Posted August 14, 2022 A cheaper option is Azova, they’ll proctor your freebie govt green box tests. https://www.azova.com/travelvideo/

We won't need to test starting in Sept, as vaccinated cruisers getting on NCL, but this is good to know in case of needs elsewhere.
