What time is the first dinner sitting on the Pacific Star?

I think my sisters would have prefered the later sitting.

It was 6pm for us. You can always ask your travel agent to request they be changed. If it doesn't happen you can try talking to the Maitre D' once you are on board. I guess it depends if the other sitting is full or not.

We tried booking for the early sitting (Star, Sept. Sch Hols), but P&O told TA that the early sitting was fully booked. We're sort of resigned to that fact now & have been 'in training' to get our kids stomachs used to a later 'feed'!

Fortunately they're not littlies so they've been very accepting!

Hi Rach, We're on R631 so we arrive back, and only hours later, you depart. We shall be sad & you will be joyous! We are staying on in Brisbane for a few days to catch up with family & friends so our holiday will not come to such an 'abrupt' end! Hope this theory works!!

I think (and this is a maybe) that once onboard if you have kids they may be able to feed them earlier even if not you. At lot of parents were upset on our cruise and I think I overheard the dining staff telling someone with very small kids they could get them food earlier. So it is all hearsay, just ask.
