Sydney tour recommendation

We will be in Sydney in early March of next year. We will have an overnight off the Viking Orion. I am looking for a good small group or private tour that will cover the highlights of Sydney but will not be too exhausting. Most of the private tours I have seen seem quite pricey, so I am looking for suggestions.

I am using Real Sydney Tours for a private tour based on a friends recommendation. 
keep in mind most private tours will definitely be pricey.

-Plenty of day trips up to the Hunter Wineries, plenty of Sydney sights tours.

What does the cruise line recommend?
