Towels?

I'm preparing to leave soon for the 03/05/06 Magica sailng. This will be my first cruise and I have learned a lot by reading CC's boards. I read that Costa provides towels on the deck chairs by the pools. I'm not sure if everybody packs their own beach towel or do people use the ship's towels on the beaches when they go ashore. I assume that we need to bring our own beach towels, but I thought I'd ask you experienced cruisers. Thanks to all who post on CC, I feel like I have a good idea what to expect on my cruise next week just from reading this treasure trove of information. All of the great reviews, both good (Andy) and bad (Marc & Tara) were all appreciated. I'm ready to cruise!

Costa provides plenty of towels for you, no need to bring any.

The pool towels are all blue and they are always out, take as many as you need.

For going ashore, they provide special colored towels that are "supposedly" the only towels allowed to leave the ship and will charge you 20$ charge per towel if you lose them.

Have fun!

Thanks,

Alex V.
