Diamond Plus and Dining Package

You'll pretty much need to break it down for yourself.  If you use it enough, it will be a better deal then buying specialty dining a la carte, even with the D+ BOGO.

 

That said, I've seen per day prices lower, but that'll always vary from cruise to cruise and ship to ship.  If you go ahead and get the package, and if the price drops between your purchase and a few days before your sailing, you can cancel and repurchase the package at the lower price.
