I have the driver picking us up at the hotel at 10:30. That should put us at the Retreat entrance a little before 11. Did the same schedule last year. They saw we were upper level suite guests, retook our pictures, assigned an escort, walked us to the room, and we were in line at Luminae well before they opened at noon. We never even sat down in the embarkation lounge.
