Does anyone have a phone number for the casino department? Our freeplay seems to have disappeared and our cruise leaves next week. I have emailed them, but am concerned about hearing in time.

Sometimes if the casino department is too busy the calls default to the regular Princess Reps.  If you end up getting a regular rep ask them if they can look at the Special Services on your booking- that’s where they will find the free play listed, If they see it on the booking you can ask them to email you a copy of the Special Services so you have it for your records.
