Kids club question

Hello,

 

My family and I are sailing on Serenade of the Seas on December 31st. I understand that my under 3 year old will have to be in the pay per hour kids area. My question is, can my 4 year old go in there with him or is he only allowed in the area for 4+?

Sorry, I believe they are very strict with the age groups, but this might vary ship to ship and staff.
